The cable on this page is the Huck Products Replacement Cable for any retail Total Gym® with Metal Frame Handles (look at the handle frame, not the grip) or the Nylon Webbing Strap Handles. This cable has eyelets on both ends. This cable will not work with the Plastic Frame Handles that are shaped like a horse stirrup. The same model of Total Gym® might have either kind of handle.

The original retail Total Gym® cables vary in length from 90″ to 102″. Our cables are 96″. Because of the compound pulley arrangement with 3 pulleys and 4 lengths of cable leading to the glide-board (2 to the pulley and one to each handle), any difference in cable length is divided by 4 to calculate the difference in glide-board position due to different cable length. Therefore the largest difference in Glide-board position would be 1-1/2″ and since there is extra travel on the rails, this difference is not noticeable.

If your Total Gym® has plastic frame handles shaped like a horse stirrup you need the cable for plastic handles which has hex shaped stops instead of eyelets. You may wish to consider upgrading to our premium stainless steel handles with cable for metal handles since the plastic handles may not last forever.

Set of two 1-1/2 ” (ball to ring) long  upgraded stainless steel hitch pins for attaching certain accessories to a single rail on the Total Gym® 2000, 3000, XL, XLS AND 1000, 1100, 1500, 1700 Club, etc.. These pins require easy drilling and de-burring to enlarge the holes only for the large frame Total Gym® (Total Gym® 2000, 3000, 3000XL, XL, XLS). The small frame Total Gym® units already have the correct hole size and do not need to be drilled and de-burred.  If you do not have the 11/32″ drill bit and chamfer bit for the large frame Total Gym® units. you can order on this web-site.

These pins attach the Wing Attachment to the rails.

Set of two 3″ (ball to ring) long thicker upgraded stainless steel hitch pins for attaching the Foot Holder Pull-Up Attachment on the Total Gym® 2000, 3000, 3000XL, XL, XLS. These pins are stronger than the originals. These pin requires (easy) drilling out the holes in the Foot Holder Pull-Up Attachment and the rails and de-burring the holes to remove sharp edges.
