Huck Products Parts for Large Frame Style 2 Total Gyms®

We have three upgraded wheel replacement kit options for the Style 2 Total Gym® units. Kits 1 and 2 use Grade 8 alloy steel screws zinc plated against corrosion. Kit 3 uses Grade 10.9 alloy steel screws zinc plated against corrosion. All kits come with custom precision machined stainless steel spacers and all stainless steel nuts and washers. All three kits replace all of the original wheel assembly parts with much stronger and higher quality parts.

    1. Kit 1. For up to 225 pounds on the Glide-board: Large Frame Style 2 Delrin Wheel Replacement Kit (Set Of 4). This kit uses our regular Style 1 wheels and includes a precision machined stainless steel spacer kit and Alloy Steel Axle kit with stainless steel nuts and washers.
    2. Kit 2. For up to 250 pounds on the Glide-board: Large Frame Style 2 Polycarbonate Wheel Replacement Kit (Set Of 4). This kit is the same as above except with the stronger polycarbonate roller wheels
    3. Kit 3. For 250 pounds and above: The hyper-strong XL Wheel Conversion Kit For Total Gym® 2000-3000 set of 2 or 4. This kit uses our extremely strong XL/XLS/FIT wheels and includes a precision machined stainless steel spacer kit with Alloy Steel Axles with stainless steel nuts and washers. This kit is stronger than the rest of the Total Gym®.

All three kits will also fit the Style 1 and Style 3 Large Frame Total Gym® units.
