Our Wheels are designed and engineered for extremely long life. We have shipped about 500,000 Total Gym wheels and over 150,000 other wheels since 2003 and none of them have ever broken or had their bearings wear out. We are the only company that precision machines our wheels from solid engineering plastic which is much stronger and much more stable than the plastic used by any other wheel manufacturer.

The wheels on this page are Huck Products Upgraded Replacement Wheels with Bearings for most Total Gym® 2000 and 3000, and a few very early XL THAT HAVE THE METAL BEARING COMPLETELY INSIDE THE WHEEL (actually recessed inside the wheel about 1/8” on both sides) Set of 4 These wheels are recommended for up to about 250 pounds on the glide-board. Above 250 pounds we recommend one of our Hyper-Strong XL Conversion Kits.

Note: If the bearing in your roller wheel protrudes about 1/4″ outside your roller wheel on one side, you need the XL Conversion Kit With Axles.
